Welcome to line-budget.com

line-budget.com helps you give your money a purpose and see how far it can cover your upcoming spending. Start with the money in your accounts, plan what you need it for, and keep the plan current as life happens.

You don't need a perfect budget to begin. A few accurate balances and your next few bills are a useful starting point.

How it works

Your budget brings three things together:

  • Accounts record where money is held and what you owe on credit cards.
  • Envelopes organize money by purpose, such as Rent, Groceries, or Transport.
  • Plans give those purposes amounts and dates. The timeline projects how available cash can fund them over time.

As spending happens, record it against the account you used and the envelope it belongs to. Your balances and projection then reflect the updated information. Budgeting actions change your records in line-budget.com; they do not move money at your bank or send payments.
